1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HallowFX AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

HallowFX AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to apply Halloween-themed effects to user-provided photos. The service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to process photos.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 13 years old
• Able to form a binding contract
• Not prohibited from using the service by law

4. Account Registration

Creating an Account

• Provide accurate, current information
• Maintain security of your password
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

5. Credits and Payments

Credit System

• Credits required to process effects
• Credit costs vary by effect (1-3 credits)
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
• Credits do not expire

Failed Processing

• Credits refunded if processing fails
• Automatic refund within 24 hours
• No refund for user-caused failures

6. Content and Conduct

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using the service, you grant us:

• License to process your photos
• Right to store processed results
• Permission to display publicly shared content

Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload content that:

• Violates laws or regulations
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, offensive, or illegal material
• Depicts minors inappropriately
• Contains nudity or sexual content
• Promotes violence or hatred
• Violates others' privacy

7. Service Availability

• Service provided "as is" without warranties
• No guarantee of uninterrupted availability
• Features may change or be discontinued
• Maintenance may cause temporary unavailability

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability limited to amount paid in last 12 months
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access:

• For Terms violations
• For illegal activity
• For abusive behavior
• At our discretion with notice
