How do I create an account?
Download the app from the App Store, tap "Create Account," enter your email and password, and start creating spooky effects!
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are used to process effects. Each effect costs 1-3 credits depending on complexity. You can purchase credit packages within the app.
How long does processing take?
Most effects are processed within 30-60 seconds. You'll receive a notification when your effect is ready.
Can I share my creations?
Yes! You can mark your creations as "Share Public" to display them in the community gallery (subject to admin approval).
What if processing fails?
If processing fails due to a system error, your credits are automatically refunded within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Are my photos safe?
Yes! Your photos are processed securely and automatically deleted after 30 days. We never share your photos without your explicit permission.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy. Credits are refunded automatically if processing fails.
What devices are supported?
HallowFX AI is available on iOS devices running iOS 13 or later. Android version coming soon!
How do I report inappropriate content?
Tap the flag icon (🚩) on any public content to report it. Our team will review it promptly.
